About the property
This bright flat is on the 4th floor of an apartment building from 1958 that was extensively modernised from 2016 to 2020. The flat itself was renovated in 2025: current materials, a well-planned layout and good light in every room, even in the hall.
The ca. 92 m² hold a living room with a south balcony, two bedrooms of about 18 m² each, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a heated winter garden that works well as an office, and a hall with storage. The best part is the open view, with sunsets over the Berlin TV tower.
The building has district heating and energy class C. A cellar room belongs to the flat. Parking spaces on the property can be rented from neighbours if needed.
The fitted kitchen with its appliances is included in the price. More furniture can stay if you want it. The flat is handed over vacant, on a date by agreement.
